At Woof & Wit, we believe every piece of gear should bring a smile, that's why each item is custom-made with care, just for you and your favorite four-legged friend. Here’s what you can expect when it comes to getting your unique finds to your doorstep.
1. Production Time (The Woof & Wit Way)
Since every item is printed on demand, there's a little bit of magic happening before it ships!

Standard Production Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be custom-printed and prepared for shipment. This does not include shipping time.

Business Days: Our production team works Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Times (After Production)
Once your item leaves our print partner's facility, here’s when you can expect it to arrive:

Domestic (USA): 3-8 business days

Canada: 5-14 business days

International (Rest of World): 7-30 business days

Please Note: These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen. You'll see the exact cost before you finalize your purchase.
4. Carriers & Tracking

Varied Carriers: To ensure the best quality and efficiency, we partner with various print providers. This means the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) may vary depending on the item and your location.

Tracking: All orders receive a tracking number once shipped. You'll get an email notification with your tracking details so you can follow your package's journey!
5. Multiple Shipments
If you order more than one item, it's possible they may be produced at different facilities or ship separately. Don't worry if one item arrives before another; the rest of your order is likely just a day or two behind! Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
6. International Orders: Customs & Duties
For all international orders, please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be levied by their country upon arrival. These charges are outside of Woof & Wit's control and are not included in your purchase or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
7. Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Woof & Wit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipment will incur new shipping charges payable by the customer.
