Refund policy
We want you and your dog to love your gear. Because every item is custom-printed just for you when you order it, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for size or color issues. However, if your item arrives damaged or the print looks off, we will absolutely make it right!
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We pride ourselves on quality, but mistakes happen (we're only human... unlike our dogs).
What’s Covered: If your item arrives damaged, ripped, or has a printing error.
The Fix: Please email us at support@woofandwit.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately - no need to return the original item (your dog might like it as a rag!).
2. Returns for Size or Change of Mind
Policy: Since every Woof & Wit item is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Fit Guide: We highly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, measure your favorite tee at home and compare it to our guide!
3. Lost in Transit
Policy: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, or if it’s stuck in limbo for more than the estimated delivery window, let us know!
The Fix: Reach out to us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier and our print partner to track it down or get a replacement sent your way.
4. Wrong Address
Policy: Please double-check your address before hitting submit! If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can reship it, but you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
